If you have been hurt in a car accident, a slip and fall, an assault, or as a result of someone's negligence, you need a lawyer to protect your rights and to act as an advocate for you.
If someone's negligence has caused you injury, then I can assist you. I either negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement for your personal injury claim or, if the other side is unreasonable, I take your case to trial.
We are friendly and we care about you. We return phone calls and emails promptly, and we know that your personal injury claim is very important to you.
I will gladly provide you with a free initial consultation about your personal injury claim.
On October 8, 2009 I won a precedent-setting decision for both children and their parents. The judge agreed with me that a parent does not have the legal power to waive their child's right to sue someone whose negligence has caused them personal injury. That means that all those waivers that parents have to sign for their children who are under 19 in order to enroll them in sporting activities are worthless.
